What is a franchise specialist? 

A franchise specialist is someone who can advise a business owner/entrepreneur on how to grow their company via franchising or prepare it to do so. You will receive the benefit of their advice and experience to determine if it is the right method of growth for your business. They would move forward to support you in implementing a structure and process to achieve the goals you set out.

How can you help me to grow my business?

The Business Clinic have three services available to businesses looking to grow in the franchising sector:

  • To help a business looking to franchise: 

    • Franchise Feasibility Study – We build your “business blueprint” by creating an in-depth report to determine the suitability of your business in the franchise market and if it is the best growth strategy. This will form your working action plan.  If franchising is not right for you an alternative  route will be identified. 

    • A feasibility study will, if the business is franchiseable,  identify the investment required any structural changes and the potential returns.

  • To help those who are new to franchising or an existing franchise business:

    • Franchise Consultancy – Our consultancy service will fine tune the systems and processes you have in place, as well as guide you on a path to having a more streamlined, structured and replicable business model that is geared for success and profitability. We help you to strengthen your brand and are here at every step to advise and guide you.

    • Franchise Recruitment - Our team of recruitment professionals are experienced and well equipped to immerse themselves in your brand values and speak to prospective franchisees to find the right people to bring into your new/existing network. We assist with every step of the recruitment process of new franchisees including showcasing your company through creating content on marketing platforms and sending campaigns to reach a wider audience.

    • Many of our clients (some of whom we have worked with for decades) are surprised how much more effective outsourcing the recruitment function can be and you have the added benefit that you can concentrate on managing your network of current franchisees.

Yes, we can help you to discover if franchising is the right route of business growth for you to consider with a no-obligation chat. If franchising isn’t right for you, we can identify an alternative route and point you in the right direction of someone that can support further.

How much will it cost to franchise my business?

Every business is different and we operate on a principal of minimising your exposure step by step and not locking you to heavy consultancy fees. Obviously best advice and expertise comes at a cost but we are more than happy to following the completion of a feasibility study work on a result driven basis.

The fees for consultancy and recruitment (if you require it) will be quoted in line with the findings and agreed plan that comes from  the completing of a feasibility study.

The overall cost of franchising your business can be in the tens of thousands but the returns if executed correctly can be substantial, we make sure you are not at risk by ensuring a feasibility study is conducted without you being tied in to an ongoing process. We believe we need to prove our worth to you step by step.

What results can I expect from working with The Business Clinic?

We stand on our results and can evidence our success. We have been working with over 50% of our client base for over 4 years, and with 20% since we started the business in 2013. Our long-standing clients are still using 2 of our 3 core services and we are supporting them with their consultancy and recruitment on an on-going basis. This has seen our most successful brands significantly increase their franchisee intake year on year and for our longest standing brand it’s seen an increase of 300%, all because of the quality support we provide.
