Business Administrator

I am business administrator for our highly successful team of franchise specialists, and I thrive to ensure that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

I support the team from initial enquires from potential franchisees to ensuring the client receives all the relevant documentation and support needed for them to start their franchising journey.

My duties as business administrator are various, and two days are never the same which is why I enjoy it so much. I provide administration support to both employees and our customers.

As well as undertaking day-to-day clerical duties and keeping company data up-to-date, I enjoy interacting with clients to build good relationships. I also enjoy conducting research and contributing to reports the franchise specialist produce.

About me

In my spare time I enjoy Pilates, Zumba, walking, reading and games nights with my family.

My strongest skillset is building relationships with people on both sides of the franchise spectrum.

Providing reassuring information to potential franchisees during their franchise journey to provide them with all the information they need to make the right decision for them, as well as liaising with our brand clients to ensure we are providing a high level of service both in marketing and recruitment.

By drawing on my skills from previous roles outside of the business world, I can provide an empathetic approach to dealing with people to be able to offer them the right opportunity. I am learning the process of franchise ownership, this includes financial forecasts and the legalities of the franchise agreement.

My Most rewarding Business Clinic moment

The journey someone makes from enquiry to franchise purchase is something that I enjoy. Seeing them grow in to a successful franchisee and feeling like I was a part of that journey for both the franchisee and franchisor is very rewarding.

Personally I am family man foremost who enjoys making memories. I am a big follower of American football and follow my team through good times and bad. I attend games regularly and enjoy ‘Talkin’ Ball’ with anyone who will listen.
